We are excited and pleased to announce that we will be running the first in our series of monthly pop-up’s at Milk & Sugar, Cardiff. Taking place on October 26th, you’ll be able to experience 5 courses of fine dining, celebrating the best in local produce. We don’t want to spoil the surprise, but on the menu, you’ll find dishes including sweetbreads with mushroom and parsley, lobster with tomato and pistachio and a sweet course of chocolate with walnut and blackberry.
